As temperatures dropped this winter, Samaj Parivar launched its annual Winter Relief Drive to ensure that no family in our community goes cold. This year, we distributed warm clothes, blankets, and woolen items to over 300 underprivileged families.

Collection Drive

The drive began with a collection campaign where community members donated gently used and new winter clothing. Within two weeks, we had collected over 1,500 items including sweaters, jackets, blankets, and shawls.

Distribution Day

Distribution was organized at three locations simultaneously to ensure maximum reach. Volunteers worked tirelessly from morning to evening, ensuring every family received what they needed with dignity and respect.

Special Focus

This year, we gave special attention to elderly individuals living alone and families with young children. Medical volunteers also provided free health check-ups at the distribution centers.
